Making Realistic Resolutions


On having good intentions….

Well, the New Year has begun! The other morning I heard someone say on the radio that New Year’s resolutions had a much more lasting effect when people decide to actually do something (i.e. taking action) than to try to stop doing something (quitting smoking for example). So I’d thought I’d follow in his footsteps .If you want to take action and change things for the better in the new year, here are some book tips that might help you reach your goal!
