Iris draws inspiration from everything around her, nature, mythology, folklore, fairy tales, ghost stories, encounters with people and creatures and anything that will spark the imagination. She works in traditional media, mostly watercolors to bring to life the stories she wants to share. Her art is never perfect, never finished, but instead leaves something for the imagination for the viewer to participate and spin their own stories.
The interview will dive into Iris' inspiration, work and vision. There will be a Q&A and Iris will sign her books afterwards. Please reserve your book to make sure you get your copy signed.
