About the Author
Jeff Keasberry is a Los Angeles-based author, podcaster, and food culture influencer known for making Indo Dutch cuisine more accessible. Born in Amsterdam and raised in his family's iconic restaurant, Djokja, founded by his Indo grandmother and rooted in the culinary traditions of the former Dutch East Indies, Jeff became its owner at just eighteen. After moving to the U.S. in 2005, his craving for comfort food sparked a mission to preserve and share the unique flavors he grew up with.
