David Krovblit describes his collages as curations of lost visual history. His whimsical creations are inspired by nostalgia, pop culture, and the vibrancy of everyday life. Decked with florals and bursting with tropical hues, the individual layers of each collage are concepted and created digitally, then printed, cut by hand, and reassembled to evoke three dimensionality. Each piece of the artistic puzzle is set with intention and imbued with surrealism and allegory to create these delightfully complex images.
