I was at page 3 and immediately recommended it to my friend, because a line made me think of her, and she picked it up the next day and finished it before I did. I think that says a lot. Especially because I once bought her a book that I don't think she has read yet.

This book is quite possibly the most adorable, happy-making YA debut of 2015. The story follows Simon Spier, whose voice is hilarious and absolutely spot-on, as he maneuvers his secret crush, high school, his increasingly complicated friendships, and his interesting and, as far as he's concerned, far-too-interested family.
Simon's gems of observations make this already amazing book shine, and his and Blue's email exchange is simply too cute for words. Simon vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda had me smiling for days.
